Return Policy:

Got a problem with your online order? Send us an email explaining the issue, attach photos if necessary.

We do not accept returns on vintage consignment items.

Instore Returns:

We only accept returns on vinyl, cd’s, cassettes, and 8-tracks.

All other items are final sale.

Buy Online Pickup Instore:

All items purchased after 7:00pm Mon - Sat will be available for pickup the following day during normal store hours.

Purchases made after 6:00pm on Sundays will not be available for pickup until 10:00 am Monday.

Your purchase must be picked up within a week, if your purchase is not picked up within that timeframe your order will be canceled and you will be refunded.

Shipping:

Our shipping is $6.50 for one item, each additional item is +$3 on top of the original shipping fee.

Orders over $100 receive free shipping.

You can choose expedited shipping at checkout for an additional fee.

Preorders:

All preorders are subject to change, we try our best to honor every preorder but in the case there is a limited stock, you will be notified and refunded.
